Who is GARy HEIL?
Gary Heil is an internationally-acclaimed expert in the fields of leadership, management and organizational culture. His work has helped some of the largest and most prominent companies in the world become more innovative and culturally vital.
As an acclaimed author, attorney, corporate director, television commentator and athletic coach, Gary brings a range of diverse perspectives to his work on leadership, management and innovation. He's co-authored numerous best-selling books (including One Size Fits One, Maslow on Management, and Douglas McGregor, Revisited) and has served on a variety of public, private and non-profit boards. He is currently Chairman of the Board for CellTech Metals.
In 1992, Gary co-founded the Center for Innovative Leadership, an organization that helps leaders create more innovative and sustainable organizations. He also co-founded the pioneering Leadership Lessons from the Fast Lane Webcast, and has served on the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award.
